ACT II OF 1987 ACT II OF 1987 BALUCHISTAN KACHI ABADIES (REGULARISATION AND DEVELOPMENT) ACT, 1987 An Act to regularise and develop Kachi Abadies in the Province of Baluchistan [Gazette of Baluchistan, Extraordinary, 26th April, 1987] No. LEGIS: 111(21)/87, dated 26-4-1987.--The Baluchistan Kachi Abadies (Regularisation and Development) Bill, 1987 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Baluchistan on 17th March, 1987 and assented to by the Governor of Baluchistan is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. 8. Registration of Agreement.--Notwithstanding anything contained in the Registration Act, 1908 (VI of 1908),Government may for Registration of lease deeds and other documents under this Act declare any Kachi Abadi to be a Sub-District for the purpose of that Act and appoint a Sub-Registrar for such sub-district.
