Punishment for offence under section

Section Provisions

ANTITERRORISM, ACT, 1997 ANTITERRORISM, ACT, 1997 9. Punishment , for offence under section 9. Whoever contravens any provision of section shall be punished with rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to seven years, or with fine, or with both.
