Section Provisions

ANTITERRORISM, ACT, 1997 ANTI-TERRORISM ACT, 1997 10. Power to enter or search.‑‑If any officer of the police, armed forces or civil armed forces is satisfied that there are reasonable grounds for suspecting that a person has possession of written material or a recording in contravention of section he may enter and search the premises where it is suspected the material or recording is situated and take possession of the same.
