Section Provisions
ANTITERRORISM, ACT, 1997 ANTI-TERRORISM ACT, 1997 11. Power to order forfeiture.‑‑(1) A special court by which a person is convicted of an offence under section 9 shall order to be forfeited any material or recording referred to therein. (2) Where the person who collected the material or recording cannot be found or identified the Special Court on the application of the officers seizing the material or recording, shall forfeit the material or recording to the State to be disposed of as directed by it.
