ANTITERRORISM, ACT, 1997 ANTI-TERRORISM ACT, 1997 16. Oath by Special Courts.‑‑A Judge of a Special Court shall, at the commencement of a proceeding under this Act, make oath, in the case of a Muslim on the Holy Qur'an, to the effect that he shall decide the case honestly, faithfully and considering himself accountable to Almighty Allah, and in case of a non‑muslim in accordance with his faith to the effect that he will decide the case Honestly and faithfully according to his conscience and beliefs.
