Section Provisions

ANTITERRORISM, ACT, 1997 ANTI-TERRORISM ACT, 1997 20. Punishment.‑‑A person convicted for an offence by the special court shall be awarded the maximum punishment prescribed by a law for the offence unless for reasons to be recorded the court decides to award a lesser punishment.
