ANTITERRORISM, ACT, 1997 ANTI-TERRORISM ACT, 1997 24. Appellate Tribunal.‑‑There shall be one of more Appellate Tribunals for each province consisting of one or two Judges of the High Court to be nominated by the Chief Justice of the said Court and notified by the Government.. Explanation.‑‑In this section "High Court" means the High Court‑of the Province for which Special Court has been constituted.
