Section Provisions
ANTI-TERRORISM ACT, 1997 ANTI-TERRORISM ACT, 1997 29. Trial before Special Court to have precedence.‑‑A trial under this Act of an offence by a Special court, and the appearance of an accused before, it, shall have precedence over the trial of any other case against the accused in any other court, except the High Court on its original side.
