Section Provisions

ANTI-TERRORISM ACT, 1997 ANTI-TERRORISM ACT, 1997 31. Finality of Judgment.‑‑A judgment or order passed, or sentence awarded, by a Special Court, subject to the result of an appeal under this Act shall be final and shall not be called in question in any court.
