BALOCHISTAN BUILDINGS CONTROL ORDINANCE, 1979 BALOCHISTAN BUILDINGS CONTROL ORDINANCE, 1979 [ORDINANCE NO. VI. OF 1979] [Gaz. of Bal. Ext., 5th July, 1979] An Ordinance to provide for regulation of the planning, construction, control and demolition of buildings and disposal of buildings and plots in the Province of Balochistan. 2. Non-application of a Law.--Nothing contained in any other law for the time being in force shall apply to any matter regulated by this Ordinance.
