Ext., 5th July, 1979] An Ordinance to provide for regulation of the planning, construction, control and demolition of buildings and disposal of buildings and plots in the Province of Balochistan. 15. Appeal.--An appeal from an order under this Ordinance may, in the prescribed manner, be preferred within 30 days of such order to:-- (a) Government in the case of the order made by the Authority; and (b) the Authority, in other cases.
