Ext., 5th July, 1979] An Ordinance to provide for regulation of the planning, construction, control and demolition of buildings and disposal of buildings and plots in the Province of Balochistan. 16. Disposal of application or appeal.--An appeal or application made under this Ordinance, shall be disposed of within 30 (thirty) days of the receipt thereof unless this time limit is extended from time to time by Government on the request of the Authority.
