BALOCHISTAN BUILDINGS CONTROL ORDINANCE, 1979 BALOCHISTAN BUILDINGS CONTROL ORDINANCE, 1979 [ORDINANCE NO. VI. OF 1979] [Gaz. of Bal. Ext., 5th July, 1979] An Ordinance to provide for regulation of the planning, construction, control and demolition of buildings and disposal of buildings and plots in the Province of Balochistan. 18. Penalty.--(i) Whoever has contravened any provision of this Ordinance, shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or with fine not less than ten thousand rupees, or with both. (ii) No Court shall take cognizance of an offence under this Ordinance except upon a complaint in writing made by the Authority or any person authorized by it.
