Ext., 5th July, 1979] An Ordinance to provide for regulation of the planning, construction, control and demolition of buildings and disposal of buildings and plots in the Province of Balochistan. 19. Indemnity.--No suit or legal proceedings shall lie against Government or the Authority or any person in respect of anything done or intended to be done in good faith under this Ordinance.
