ANTI-DUMPING DUTIES ORDINANCE 2000 ANTI-DUMPING DUTIES ORDINANCE 2000 ORDINANCE LXV OF 2000 An Ordinance to amend and consolidate the law relating to imposition of anti-dumping duties to offset such dumping [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 22nd December, 2000] F.No.2(I)/2000-Pub., dated 22-12-2000.-The following Ordinance made by the President is hereby published for general information:-- PART VII INITIATION AND CONDUCT OF INVESTIGATIONS 20. Requirement of a written application.--(1) Subject to section 24 and save as provided for in section 25, an investigation by the Commission shall only be initiated upon a written application by or on behalf of domestic industry: (2) An application under subsection (1) shall-- (a) be submitted to the Commission in such manner, number and form and with such fee as may be prescribed; (b) include evidence of dumping and injury within the meaning of this Ordinance as is reasonably available to the applicant; and (c) contain such further information as may be prescribed.
