Proposed schedule for investigation.--The Commission shall, in a notice of initiation of an investigation referred to in section 27, include the proposed schedule for conduct of an investigation, including the proposed time limits for submission of written arguments, the proposed date for any hearing if requested, the proposed date for preliminary determination, and the proposed date for final determination.
