Violation of price undertaking.--If a price undertaking is or deemed to be violated, the Commission may, subject to this Ordinance, take expeditious action, which may include application of provisional measures using the best information available, such cases, definitive duties may be levied in accordance with of this Ordinance on products imported for consumption not more ninety days before the application of such provisional measures, except any such retroactive assessment shall not apply, to imports entered ' -such violation of the price undertaking.
