Circumstances in which provisional measures and anti-dumping duties shall apply.--Save as provided for in sections 49, 54 and 55, provisional measures and definitive anti-dumping duties shall only be applied to products which enter int8 Pakistan for consumption on or after the date of publication of a notice of affirmative preliminary or final determination in an investigation.
