ANTI-DUMPING DUTIES ORDINANCE 2000 ANTI-DUMPING DUTIES ORDINANCE 2000 ORDINANCE LXV OF 2000 An Ordinance to amend and consolidate the law relating to imposition of anti-dumping duties to offset such dumping [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 22nd December, 2000] F.No.2(I)/2000-Pub., dated 22-12-2000.-The following Ordinance made by the President is hereby published for general information:-- PART XV DURATION AND REVIEW OF ANTI-DUMPING DUTIES AND PRICE UNDERTAKINGS 63. Anti-circumvention measures.--If there is a change in the pattern of trade between any third country and Pakistan which stems from a practice, process or work for which there is insufficient due cause or economic justification, other than imposition of anti-dumping duty, .and there is evidence that the remedial effects of such duty are being undermined in terms of the prices or quantities of the like goods, or both, and there is evidence of dumping in relation to normal values previously established for the like or similar goods, then the Commission may take action to prevent circumvention of the application of anti-dumping duties as may be prescribed.
