ANTI-DUMPING DUTIES ORDINANCE 2000 ANTI-DUMPING DUTIES ORDINANCE 2000 ORDINANCE LXV OF 2000 An Ordinance to amend and consolidate the law relating to imposition of anti-dumping duties to offset such dumping [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 22nd December, 2000] F.No.2(I)/2000-Pub., dated 22-12-2000.-The following Ordinance made by the President is hereby published for general information:-- PART XVI APPEAL TO APPELLATE TRIBUNAL 65. Powers of the Appellate Tribunal.--The Appellate Tribunal shall, for the purpose of deciding an appeal, be deemed to be a civil Court and shall have the same powers as are vested in such Court under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Act V of 1908), including the powers of-- (a) enforcing the attendance of any person and examining him on (b) compelling the production of documents; and (c) issuing commission for the examination of witnesses and documents.
