Failure to disclose correct information.--Any person who knowingly and willfully provides false, misleading incorrect information to the Commission whether in an application received under this Ordinance or, otherwise in connection with an investigation under this Ordinance, shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years, or a tine not exceeding five million rupees, or both.
