ANTI-DUMPING DUTIES ORDINANCE 2000 ANTI-DUMPING DUTIES ORDINANCE 2000 ORDINANCE LXV OF 2000 An Ordinance to amend and consolidate the law relating to imposition of anti-dumping duties to offset such dumping [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 22nd December, 2000] F.No.2(I)/2000-Pub., dated 22-12-2000.-The following Ordinance made by the President is hereby published for general information:-- PART XVII MISCELLANEOUS 70. Cognizance of offences.--(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (Act V of 1898), no Court other than a Court of Session shall have jurisdiction to try any person charged with an offence under section 69. (2) No Court of Session shall take cognizance of an offence under subsection (1) except on a complaint in writing made by order of, or authority from the Commission signed by any two members of the Commission.
