Ordinance to override other laws.--The provisions of this Ordinance shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law for the time being in force, including, without limitation, the National Tariff Commission Act, 1990 (IV of 1990), and the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969).
