AGRICULTURAL PESTICIDES ORDINANCE AGRICULTURAL PESTICIDES ORDINANCE (II OF 1971) [25th January, 1971 ] An Ordinance to regulate the import, manufacture, formulation, sale, distribution and use of pesticides CHAPTER I INTRODUCTORY 1. Short title, extent and commencement: (1) This Ordinance may be called the Agricultural Pesticides Ordinance, 1971. (2) It extends to the whole of Pakistan. (3) It shall come into force at once.
