AGRICULTURAL PESTICIDES ORDINANCE AGRICULTURAL PESTICIDES ORDINANCE (II OF 1971) [25th January, 1971 ] An Ordinance to regulate the import, manufacture, formulation, sale, distribution and use of pesticides CHAPTER II IMPORT, MANUFACTURE, FORMULATION, SALE, DISTRIBUTION, AND USE OF PESTICIDES 6. Period for which registration shall be effective: The registration of a [* * *] pesticide shall be effective from the date of its registration until the thirtieth day of June of the third year following the year of registration. Words "brand of a" omitted by the Agricultural Pesticides (Amendment) Act, XIX of 1992.
