AGRICULTURAL PESTICIDES ORDINANCE AGRICULTURAL PESTICIDES ORDINANCE (II OF 1971) [25th January, 1971 ] An Ordinance to regulate the import, manufacture, formulation, sale, distribution and use of pesticides CHAPTER II IMPORT, MANUFACTURE, FORMULATION, SALE, DISTRIBUTION, AND USE OF PESTICIDES 11. Storage arid use of pesticides : No person shall store or use any pesticide save in accordance with rules made under this Ordinance.
