AGRICULTURAL PESTICIDES ORDINANCE AGRICULTURAL PESTICIDES ORDINANCE (II OF 1971) [25th January, 1971 ] An Ordinance to regulate the import, manufacture, formulation, sale, distribution and use of pesticides CHAPTER III THE AGRICULTURE PESTICIDE TECHNICAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE, ETC. 15. Inspectors : The Federal Government may., by notification in the official Gazette, appoint from amongst the officers of the Federal Government or a Provincial Government employed for work relating to plant protection such number as it deems fit to be Inspectors within such local limits as may be specified in the notification.
