AGRICULTURAL PESTICIDES ORDINANCE AGRICULTURAL PESTICIDES ORDINANCE (II OF 1971) [25th January, 1971 ] An Ordinance to regulate the import, manufacture, formulation, sale, distribution and use of pesticides CHAPTER IV MISCELLANEOUS 30. Delegation of powers: The Federal Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, direct that all or any of its powers under this ordinance or the rules shall in such circumstance, and under such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the direction, be exercised also- (a) by any officer or authority subordinate to the Federal Government, or (b) by any Provincial Government or by any officer or authority subordinate to such Government.
