THE ABBOTTABAD JOINT DEVELOPMENT BOARD ORDINANCE, 1962 THE ABBOTTABAD JOINT DEVELOPMENT BOARD ORDINANCE, 1962 ORDINANCE No. LXXI of 1962 [7th June, 1962] An Ordinance to establish a Joint Development Board for Abbottabad. 10. Standing regulations. The Joint Board shall frame standing regulations for the guidance of the local bodies which shall modify or amend their bye-laws in accordance with such regulations.
