THE ABBOTTABAD JOINT DEVELOPMENT BOARD ORDINANCE, 1962 THE ABBOTTABAD JOINT DEVELOPMENT BOARD ORDINANCE, 1962 ORDINANCE No. LXXI of 1962 [7th June, 1962] An Ordinance to establish a Joint Development Board for Abbottabad. 12. Members, officers, etc., to be public servants. The members, officers, servants, experts and consultants of the Joint Board shall, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Ordinance, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Pakistan Penal Code.
