THE ABBOTTABAD JOINT DEVELOPMENT BOARD ORDINANCE, 1962 THE ABBOTTABAD JOINT DEVELOPMENT BOARD ORDINANCE, 1962 ORDINANCE No. LXXI of 1962 [7th June, 1962] An Ordinance to establish a Joint Development Board for Abbottabad. 19. Ordinance to override other laws, etc. The provisions of this Ordinance, and the rules and regulations made thereunder, shall have effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any other law for the time being in force, or in any contract, instrument or other document.
