Insertion of new section IA, Act VII of 1904. In the Ancient Monuments Preservation Act, 1904, hereinafter referred to as the said Act, after section 1, the following new section IA shall be inserted, namely:- "1A. Declaration.-It is hereby declared that the ancient monuments to which this Act relates are ancient and historical monuments of national importance."
