Validation, etc. Anything done, action taken, rule made or notification issued under the said Act on or after the twenty-third day of March, 1956, and before the promulgation of this Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done, taken, made or issued under the said Act as amended by this Ordinance, and shall have, and shall be deemed always to have had, effect accordingly.
