THE APPROPRIATION (RAILWAYS) SUPPLEMENTARY ORDINANCE, 1962 THE APPROPRIATION (RAILWAYS) SUPPLEMENTARY ORDINANCE, 1962 ORDINANCE No. XXXV OF 1962 [2nd June, 1962] An Ordinance to authorize payment and appropriation of certain sums in respect of Pakistan Railways from and out of the Federal Consolidated Fund for the service of the period beginning on the first day of July, 1961, and ending on the thirtieth day of June, 1962. 2. Issue of Rs. 81,79,000 out of the Federal Consolidated Fund for the period beginning on the first day of July, 1961, and ending on the thirtieth day of June, 1962.--From and out of the Federal Consolidated Fund there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column (3) of the Schedule to this Ordinance, amounting in the aggregate to the sum of rupees eighty one lakhs and seventy nine thousands towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the period beginning on the first day of July, 1961, and ending on the thirtieth day of June, 1962 in respect of Pakistan Railways for the services and Pur poses specified in column (2) of the Schedule.
