Future Management of the undertaking. After the affairs of the undertaking have been put on a sound footing with respect to its finance, management and the efficiency of its news service, the Central. Government shall make such arrangements for running and managing it on a permanent basis in order to ensure that the undertaking shall provide inde pendent, healthy and efficient news service, as to it might appear proper. To this end the Central Government may transfer the whole or a part of the undertaking or any interest in it to an individual or an organization or a Board of Trustees set up for this purpose.
