[18th April, 1947] An Act to control the export of antiquities WHEREAS it is expedient to make better provision for control ling the export of objects of antiquarian or historical interest or significance ; 8. Protection of action taken under this Act----No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
