Short title, extent and commencement.‑‑(1) This Ordinance may be called the Balochistan Agriculture Research Board Ordinance, 1998. (2) It extends to the whole of Balochistan except Tribal Area, (3) It shall come into force at once and shall be deemed to have taken effect from 28th April, 1997.
