BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH BOARD ORDINANCE, 1998 BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH BOARD ORDINANCE, 1998 ORDINANCE I OF 1998 An Ordinance to provide for constituting and organizing the Balochistan Agricultural Research Board [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 6th January, 1998] No. LEGIS.1‑105/LAW/95, dated 6‑1‑1998.‑‑The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 2nd January, 1997, is hereby published for general information:‑‑--- CHAPTER II ESTABLISHMENT OF THE BOARD 3. Establishment of the Board.‑‑(1) There shall be a Board to be called the Balochistan Agricultural Research Board. (2) There shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal with powers, subject to the provisions of this Ordinance to acquire, hold and dispose of property, both movable and immovable and shall by the said name sue and be sued. (3) Unless the Provincial Government, by notification in the official Gazette otherwise directs, the headquarter of the Board shall be at Quetta. (4) The Board may from time to time establish regional offices, local offices, sub‑offices and research establishments at such places as it may deem fit.
