BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH BOARD ORDINANCE, 1998 BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH BOARD ORDINANCE, 1998 ORDINANCE I OF 1998 An Ordinance to provide for constituting and organizing the Balochistan Agricultural Research Board [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 6th January, 1998] No. LEGIS.1‑105/LAW/95, dated 6‑1‑1998.‑‑The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 2nd January, 1997, is hereby published for general information:‑‑--- CHAPTER VI FINANCE 15. Grants, etc.‑‑(1) The Government may from time to time place annual grants at the disposal of the Board for smooth discharge of its functions and the efficient conduct of its affairs. (2) The accounts of the Board would be audited in accordance with Government procedures.
