BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH BOARD ORDINANCE, 1998 BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH BOARD ORDINANCE, 1998 ORDINANCE I OF 1998 An Ordinance to provide for constituting and organizing the Balochistan Agricultural Research Board [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 6th January, 1998] No. LEGIS.1‑105/LAW/95, dated 6‑1‑1998.‑‑The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 2nd January, 1997, is hereby published for general information:‑‑--- CHAPTER VI FINANCE 17. Budget and accounts.‑‑(1) The Board funds shall not be lapsable (2) The accounts would be audited in accordance with Government procedures. (3) The Board may open accounts in any Scheduled Bank in Balochistan. (4) The accounts of the Board shall be maintained in such form and manner as the Government may determine in consultation with the Accountant -General Balochistan.
