BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH BOARD ORDINANCE, 1998 BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH BOARD ORDINANCE, 1998 ORDINANCE I OF 1998 An Ordinance to provide for constituting and organizing the Balochistan Agricultural Research Board [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 6th January, 1998] No. LEGIS.1‑105/LAW/95, dated 6‑1‑1998.‑‑The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 2nd January, 1997, is hereby published for general information:‑‑--- CHAPTER VI FINANCE 18. Exemption from taxes.‑‑Notwithstanding anything contained in the Business Profits Tax Act, 1947 (XXI of 1947), the Gift Tax Act, 1963 (XIV of 1963), the Income Tax Ordinance, 1979 (XXXI of 1979), or any other law for the time being in force relating to income‑tax, super‑tax, wealth tax, gift tax, capital gains tax or business profits tax, the Board shall not be liable to pay any such tax on its income, capital, profits, wealth, gift or gains.
