BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH BOARD ORDINANCE, 1998 BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH BOARD ORDINANCE, 1998 ORDINANCE I OF 1998 An Ordinance to provide for constituting and organizing the Balochistan Agricultural Research Board [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 6th January, 1998] No. LEGIS.1‑105/LAW/95, dated 6‑1‑1998.‑‑The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 2nd January, 1997, is hereby published for general information:‑‑--- CHAPTER VII GENERAL AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS 22. Power to make Rules.‑‑(1) The Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Ordinance. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provision, such rules may provide for‑‑ (i) the function of the Chairman; (ii) the conditions under which the Board may enter into arrangements with other institutions and individual organizations, whether public, private or autonomous bodies.
