BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH BOARD ORDINANCE, 1998 BALOCHISTAN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH BOARD ORDINANCE, 1998 ORDINANCE I OF 1998 An Ordinance to provide for constituting and organizing the Balochistan Agricultural Research Board [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 6th January, 1998] No. LEGIS.1‑105/LAW/95, dated 6‑1‑1998.‑‑The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 2nd January, 1997, is hereby published for general information:‑‑--- CHAPTER VII GENERAL AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS 26. Indemnity of Board etc.‑(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Board or any other officer or staff of the Board for anything done in good faith or intended or purported to be done under this Ordinance or rule, regulation or order made thereunder. (2) The Board shall not be responsible for any misfeasance, malfeasance or non‑feasance of any officer or employee for the time being in the Board.
