BALOCHISTAN HEALTH FOUNDATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1998 BALOCHISTAN HEALTH FOUNDATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1998 ACT III OF 1998 An Act to amend the Balochistan Health Foundation Act, 1994 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 14th November, 1998] No. PAB/LEGIS.V(8)/97, dated 14‑11‑1998.‑‑The Balochistan Health Foundation (Amendment) Act, 1998 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly on 24th October, 1998 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. Preamble.‑-Whereas, it is expedient to amend the Balochistan Health Foundation Act, 1994, in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows:‑----
