In the Balochistan Local Government Ordinance, 1980, hereinafter referred to as the said Ordinance, after clause (b) of subsection (72) of section 3, the following proviso shall be added: "Provided that worker should be employed or should be self‑employed Craftsman or worker earning wages within the limits of the Local Council to which seat he has to contest election. "
