Amendment of section 3 of Ordinance II of 1980.‑‑In the Balochistan Local Government Ordinance, 1980, hereinafter referred to as the said Ordinance, after clause (b) of subsection (72) of section 3, the following proviso shall be added: "Provided that worker should be employed or should be self‑employed Craftsman or worker earning wages within the limits of the Local Council to which seat he has to contest election.".
