Section Provisions

AIRPORTS SECURITY FORCE ACT, 1975 AIRPORTS SECURITY FORCE ACT, 1975 [NO. LXXVII OF 1975] [18th December 1975] An Act to provide for the constitution and regulation of the Airports Security Force CHAPTER V 8. Indemnity.--No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done, or intended to be done, under this Act or the rules or regulations.
