ACT XX OF 1975 ACT XX OF 1975 ABANDONED PROPERTIES (TAKING OVER AND MANAGEMENT) ACT, 1975 An Act to provide for the taking over and management of certain properties [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 17th February 1975] The following Act of Parliament received the assent of the President on the 12th February 1975, and is hereby published for general information :- 5. Appointment of Administrator and Deputy Administrators.---(1) For the purpose of carrying the provisions of this Act into effect, the Federal Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint an Adminis trator for Pakistan and one or more Deputy Administrators for such areas as may be specified in the notification. (2) The Administrator shall exercise his powers and perform his functions subject to the general supervision and control of the Board and shall be guided by any general or special order made by the Board.
