ACT XX OF 1975 ACT XX OF 1975 ABANDONED PROPERTIES (TAKING OVER AND MANAGEMENT) ACT, 1975 An Act to provide for the taking over and management of certain properties [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 17th February 1975] The following Act of Parliament received the assent of the President on the 12th February 1975, and is hereby published for general information :- 18. Expenditure by Administrator how to be recouped.---Subject to the provisions of section 14, any expenditure incurred by the Administrator in the exercise of any power conferred by this Act shall, in relation to any abandoned property in respect of which it has been incurred, be a charge on such property and shall have priority over all other charges on the property and such expenditure may be met or recouped by the Administrator out of the income accruing from such property.
