AUQAF (FEDERAL CONTROL) ACT, 1976 AUQAF (FEDERAL CONTROL) ACT, 1976 An Act to provide for the proper management and administration of Auqaf under Federal control [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 31st August 1976] The following Act of Parliament received the assent of the President on the 31st August 1976, and is hereby published for general information :‑ Whereas it is expedient to provide for the proper management and administration of Auqaf under Federal control and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto ; It is hereby enacted as follows ;‑
